Author and illustrator of the children's picture book "My Black Job". Taught product and software management as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington.

Cedric Strickland founded Neua in 2024 as an independent applied-AI product lab: somewhere to build production software end to end and keep his hands on the tools. He wrote and illustrated My Black Job: A Story of Black Careers (Neua Publishing House, 2025), helping kids see themselves in every profession.
